Again and Again: A Resolution to Return
A month-long, weekly, virtual space for those looking to start the new year with intention, reconnect with themselves, reset their selfcare practices, and feel supported in community.
January...
can arrive with pressure, expectations, and a swirl of “shoulds”. This weekly gathering is aimed at offering something different…a grounding, supportive space to return to yourself gently, honestly, and without overwhelm.
Each session will carefully blend somatic and shamanic practices, guided self-care, and community reflection and encouragement. Come every week or drop in when you need a reset. You’ll be supported, witnessed, and encouraged to reconnect with your needs, even the messy, imperfect, very human parts of ourselves.
This space is open to all folks wanting a steady touchpoint during the first month of the year.

I am a dancer, which means I got to grow up relating to my body as a place for self-expression and exploration. I came to know implicitly that through my body, I could be seen, known and understood.
My background in modern dance influences my therapy practice. For some of us, sitting in a chair will never express all that we’re thinking. I can teach you to listen to the parts of your body that are holding onto something more.
Beyond healing movement, there’s one thing I want for all of my clients: The opportunity to be humans navigating life together, rather than perfectly curated pillars of success.
That’s when we really get to start living.
What's it like to work with me?
“Jill led us in somatic awareness with intuitive skilled guidance. I felt like I could softly drop into my body out of my hyperactive mind into her compassionate presence. I trust her completely.”
