Returning Home: a 6 week embodied journey to come back home to yourself

Has it been a long time since you last felt like yourself?

Maybe you’ve never felt like yourself.

It’s easy to get swept up in the narratives that we’re told.

The narrative of who we should be as a mom, wife, sister, daughter, co-worker, employee, student, or human. Often, these narratives make us feel like we need to change.

Feeling like we need to change can wreak havoc on our mental health.

The reality is, most of us don’t need to change. We need to deepen our relationship with ourselves.

You’re a living document of everything you’ve experienced. If you desire a change or growth, let’s make sure your development is made authentically for you.

I am a dancer, which means I got to grow up relating to my body as a place for self-expression and exploration. I came to know implicitly that through my body, I could be seen, known and understood.

My background in modern dance influences my therapy practice. For some of us, sitting in a chair will never express all that we’re thinking. I can teach you to listen to the parts of your body that are holding onto something more.

Beyond healing movement, there’s one thing I want for all of my clients: The opportunity to be humans navigating life together, rather than perfectly curated pillars of success.

That’s when we really get to start living.

What's it like to work with me?

“Jill led us in somatic awareness with intuitive skilled guidance. I felt like I could softly drop into my body out of my hyperactive mind into her compassionate presence. I trust her completely.”

Are you limited? Or have you been told limiting stories?

This could be the first step on a radical journey towards self acceptance. Away from codependency, indecision, dissatisfaction, low self-esteem, or depression.

What assumptions and beliefs, behaviors and choices, needs and desires are functioning out beyond the edges, impacting and limiting you?

What is true that is currently beyond your awareness?

What is difficult to see?

What do you not want to see, but is essential for a shift to happen?
